Programs Used:
Adobe Photoshop

Figma
As the project manager, I kept the team on track and stepped in wherever work needed to be done. After we finished our primary and secondary research, I helped shape the app flows and then took the wireframes further by linking interactions for user testing. I also created the full UI renderings and made adjustments based on feedback. Since no one was eager to take on the full prototype build, I picked it up and completed it, with a few group members helping make small transitions and interactives to enhance the experience.

Some Process Work
My team and I created a chore tracking app marketed towards adults, kids, and college students who are looking to have more of a structure in their household.
We conducted primary and secondary research to find the need for a chore tracking app and what features people would like to see in it.
After gathering all the research for the project, my team and I divided up the work and started creating flows for how we imagined the app would work. I was then in charge of taking these wireframes and developing them further and linking the buttons so we could user test our designs.
The app prototype was created by me because as the project manager, I felt like it was my responsibility to pick up and complete anything that no one wanted to do and creating the prototype was one of them. I assigned some group members who were not focused on anything else to help create some small transition graphics and interactives that would enhance the user experience.
