My team and I reimagined the stadium concourse through a human-centered lens. By studying real fan frustrations and behaviors, we developed a streamlined grab and go system designed to make navigating a stadium faster, clearer, and more enjoyable.
Programs Used:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Figma
My team and I decided to answer the question: “What would make the most ideal concourse experience while attending a stadium event?” We conducted one on one interviews and analysed survey responses as well as stadium reviews to see what could be improved upon.

Some Process Work
This project was heavily research-driven, and my team used data analysis to guide every design decision. As project manager, I oversaw the project’s direction, set timelines, coordinated meetings, assigned tasks, and kept communication clear so our work stayed on track.
I focused on analyzing data related to wait times and wayfinding to identify the biggest pain points. Our goal was to design a seamless concourse experience that improved flow without taking guests out of the event. We aimed to create a universal system that any stadium could adapt.
My contributions included designing the wait time stanchions, pick-up zones with supporting wayfinding graphics, and an inventory tracking system for staff. Overall, the goal was simple: help guests spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the experience they came for.
